Most people know something is off.
Few can name where.
The Diagnostic is a structured conversation that maps where decision control is being lost in your work — which conversations are happening without you, and what frame is being set before you arrive.
One session, 60 to 90 minutes.
We work through your actual situation — a specific client, a specific stakeholder, a specific negotiation.
Every project carries a tension between three things: the concept you believe in, the client's own agenda, and the client's clients — the people who ultimately have to be served.
There are two ways to fall off. Push the concept through by force, and the client never actually understood the value — they were just convinced. Set no guardrails at all, and the concept runs loose until you cannot recognise your own work in it.
Either way, design ends up a tool instead of a partner. The Diagnostic maps where you are on that rope, and what is pulling you off it.
You apply
A short description of what is going on. Two paragraphs is enough.
I write back
If it is a fit, I will reach out with dates. If it is not, I will say so directly.
We talk
One session, based on what you sent. You get the clarity document.
A Clarity document.
After the session you receive a written overview of your situation. It covers what came out of the conversation, what I observed, where the leverage sits, and what changes if you act on it.
It is yours to keep and use, whether or not we work together again.
Tell me what is going on.
I read every application and write back.
